For the poster presentation, please note that the Size of the Poster. The dimensions of the display board are 160 cm (Height) × 60 (Width) cm. Your poster can be small but must not exceed these dimensions. To prepare your poster, please also pay attention to the following:
1. All exhibits have to be in English.
2. Headings featuring paper title and authors have to be prepared in font size of 24 (minimum) by the author.
3. Plan your layout in such a way that the viewers can move their eyes from left to right and from top to bottom with appropriate breaks.
For the oral presentation, each session contains 90 minutes, with the time per presentation determined by the number of papers in the session. Equal time will be given to each paper. Please note that a notebook is equipped with an LCD projector for every session room. Each speaker must bring his/her own USB memory stick for transferring the file(s) to the notebook setup at each session. Therefore, please arrive at your session early so that you have time to test the connection to the projector and know the session chair and colleagues going to present at this session.
